- Trade names filing fee: $10
- Notary Public filing fee: $20
- Certification of Notary: $5 per certification
- Notarization of document: $5 per notarization
(If you need a document notarized, you must call for an appointment. If your document needs witnesses, you must bring the 2 witnesses.)

Sport Licenses
The State of Connecticut has implemented a paperless sport licensing system. You can now obtain sport licenses online at the DEEP website. This includes all licenses, permits and guides.
